Hi, I've been trying for a few weeks now to activate my Paypal account, but I have been getting the same issue regardless of what browser I use or how long I wait. My account is restricted until I submit my personal information, and when I go through the resolution centre to update it, it asks for my details (which are still saved in the system and I have see the updates logged) though when I submit, it says "Technical Difficulties" every time. I am completely unable to verify my account and the situation hasn't resolved itself even after waiting a significant time. The only other solution presented is to submit documentation, but the website claims this will lock me out of doing so online, I am concerned I will encounter similar difficulties if I attempt that way. Does anyone have a resolution for this issue? Or is submitting my documentation the only way to resolve it? Thanks in advance! Kind Regards, -Taov
