@morveskim Have you verified your paypal account by adding a bank account or card? Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending? Are the funds in your balance in the correct currency that the seller accepts? Paypal will only convert from a bank account or card, with a balance you have to convert first. Have you marked the balance as your primary funding source?
