This same thing happened to me. I started receiving debit alert messages from my bank on the 4th of may 2021. A total of 71.68 Euros unauthorized purchase was made on my accout by from Kinguin Digital Limited. I quickly called my bank to block my debit card and then went to the bank to make a complaint. My bank gave me a form to fill and told me they will rectify the issue, but I did not hear from them till this day. I actually just realized today that other people aside me have had this same issue. I had no idea that I could complain to paypal, I am not so savy with online payments. I hope it is not too late to complain to paypal to get a refund.
