I ordered a dumbbell set plus stand. Never got a shipping tracker until I put in a claim. They said they shipped 1st class USPS and it was delivered. First this set was over 150 ponds. First Class only goes up to 13 ounces. Paypal said since they gave a transaction tracker that showed delivered then they declined my claim. I never got it. USPS is investigating and I am reporting to my bank and the AG.
