We (our countries) need perhaps a new legislation to stop any private company (regardless if it is the huge Wayne Enterprises or just Mom-and-Pop LLC) who operate as they wish with their own, arbitrary rules and penalties from being police officers, prosecutors, courts, jury, corrections officers, parole boards and gods all in one. Just leave it to the state to impose penalties on people.
