Hi! I ordered from an online store but upon checking with my paypal account it said pending order so i emailed the store and they said they can't process my order due to problem with payment processing system and they said they already voided the transaction so i can continue ordering from them again. But it's been a month now yet the money is still not returned to my issuing bank or even here on my paypal account. Can someone help me on this matter? I emailed the bank also but still no reply.
