In my chat, they said I had been locked out but I can’t see why. Not sure about two factor but either way I can still login on my iPhone, which is to my understanding, exactly the same app, just different hardware!? I cannot login on my iPad but can login on my iPhone? I have had a conversation via messaging where I was told to ring direct! What a waste of time? It was so noisy on the phone with the incessant chatter of everyone in the call centre. I had to keep asking to repeat and the only solution was to wait four hours because I was logging in on the phone? I waited five ours and still have no login, personally I am just going to wait until they update as it was too painful trying to hear. ... View more
