Watching an older youtube video, I saw the URL used when on the form to setup / manage 2 step authentication... So I entered it manually (after being logged in) and was able to use it to disable my existing authenticator, then revisit and enable a new authenticator app. ( the phone number option is there too ) the URL was https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/security/twofactor/authentication     ... To add to the misery, the help center keeps pushing an article on us that indicates there should be a section under 'security' in the account settings. But there isn't any '2 step verification' section there.  ... View more
