@Temp20220530C ok if the funds are NOT showing in your paypal balance then they would have timed out by now and gone back to the sender so worth checking if that has happened. Unclaimed funds time out 30 days post sending. Make sure next time you have set USD as a receiving currency on your paypal account. Make sure your email address is confirmed AND its correct on the other website without any typos or spelling errors.
