I have been using Paypal for 8 years, and have a 100% Ebay rating. I just received an email saying you are now going to hold all my paymenst for 8 days until I can confirm delivery or I recieve positive buyer feedback. I dont do business with Ebay anymore because of their extortion double fees (seller and paypal fees). The only thing I do now is donations to support the server costs of my website from my members. There is NO FEEDBACK OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. So I bid you farewell. You have broken the camels back. I will spend every cent on my merchant card tomorrow and cut it into pieces, and Google checkout will be my new friend. 8 days hold? How much interest are you making off of your users every day on the millions of dollars you are illegally holding? You can all kiss my A$$. Goodbye and good riddance.
