@Dave312 The whole issue was about finding the right contact to get the feature enabled. Would have been helpful if you could have shared the contact details (at least for Germany).

We have been trying to get in contact with them for the last 6 months. The customer service guys have no idea and they ask us to get in touch with technical support. Technical support redirects us back to the sales team. Overall they fool you around. Please find another solution.

Hello Christoph, We have been calling them every day, but the sales team seems to have no idea, how could they enable the Multiseller permissions for our account. Everybody seems to be putting the ball in each other court. I don't know where to contact anymore. If you get lucky, I would request you to share the process with us.

We are having the same issue with our account as well, Everything works fine with the sandbox environment but is unable to create the live credentials. We got in touch with support but no solution yet.

Our platform is multi-vendor marketplace e-commerce and we direct the payment to restaurant merchant when it is paid by customer. We would not hold money in between. Does paypal offer us this solution ? Hyperwallet - Braintree - I am not getting any help fro sales personal on this topic. Some sales person says the solution is not provided in Germany and some sales person wants to know revenue flow before they could offer the solution. We are startup how could we pre define our Revenue now. Could you please be helpful here.
