When using the paypal sandbox, we complete the purchase of a subscription. The webhook is called with event_type = "BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.CREATED" and resource.status = "APPROVAL_PENDING". When I check the subscription in the business sandbox dashboard the subscription is expired. How do I create a non-expired subscription in sandbox mode?
