I was scammed by this same company more than a year ago but the real crime here is that they are still freely trading on social media platforms hosted by Meta, under numerous different brand names, and yet nothing is done to stop them. The items that I ordered from a Facebook ad actually arrived a couple of days ago, over two and a half months from date of order. But they were totally substandard and not even wind chimes! I received a full refund from my credit card company after raising the issue of non-delivery with Paypal about 6 weeks after I'd ordered the items. The registered address for the company I ordered through (Villageart / Landbase Trading Company) was a private residential address in Birmingham. Strangely enough, the initial tracking information showed the products being shipped from the USA to the UK, but when the products actually arrived they had been posted from China using Royal Mail services! I ordered three animal windchimes from the USA from an advert on Facebook by a company called Villageart on 8th December 2021, spending over $50 dollars through Paypal. After emails to the vendor (called Landbase Trading Co Ltd) and realising that the tracking app information they give you a link to is also a scam I have requested a refund from my credit card company as they are the card provider that I lodged with the Paypal account. They have refunded my money and they have confirmed this will be a permanent refund assuming VEAWQ Co don't refund me themselves.Judging by all the comments here, I hold out no hope of that happening. ... I too am having issues with this company (Landbase Trading Co Ltd) selling through ads placed on Facebook using the name Villageart. I ordered some wind chime products on 8th December 2021 from the USA and despite being able to  supposedly follow the progress of these items using a shipment app. they still have not arrived. Emails to the company result in standard email responses back asking me to wait just a few more days. I believe the company is a scam company but unfortunately Paypal and Facebook are so slow to act against companies like this, I am afraid to say that potentially thousands more people will be defrauded out of money before they are shut down. As I paid online using a credit card I am trying to get the money I paid Villageart refunded by my credit card company under their 128 day payback policy.
