Guys for special offer coupon refund, I have used my coupon of 135$ to buy items but received one defective item from total of 2 items. Now the seller "perfume company" will refund me for one item. My question, can I get the" left /partial "amount from the special offer coupon of 135$ again into my PayPal account ?
