chiedo informazioni riguardo una transazione ricevuta giorno 27/12 da parte di un signore dalla Costa Rica. Sul totale di 90 euro che avrei dovuto ricevere, Paypal ha trattenuto 5,20 euro. Il signore ha pagato quanto richiesto da me, ma non capisco perché Paypal si è trattenuto parte della cifra. Ho già ricevuto a Novembre un pagamento oltreoceano da parte di un Americano, ma in quell'occasione non ho riscontrato alcun problema dal momento che la cifra pagata a mio favore dagli USA era quanto richiesto da me in totale. Quindi vorrei sapere come mai questa volta Paypal ha trattenuto parte del pagamento.
