I downloaded the zettle app for my android phone and was able to pair through bluetooth the zettle reader 2 a day ago. Charged the device. When I went to use it today for a customer, the reader just says welcome and the zettle app can't detect the reader.  I've tried uninstalling the zettle app, re-booting my phone, turning on and off the reader several times, but to no avail. Still the same thing. It's a new reader and my phone is working fine. In the phone, the reader is called DATECS BLE. I have a personal email address/account I use with paypal. I signed up for zettle and a business account with paypal. However, all the verifications and password requirements are not working. I tried changing my business account password, but am not able to log into zettle. Are they not the same password.? I can't reset the zettle password because it's asking for the original password, which is NOT working. All I want is my original password for my personal account and one new password for both my business paypal account and Zettle paypal account.  All I get is error messages and Paypal office is closed and paypal assistant can't help.
