The same thing happened with me, Suddenly I received a notification that I had paid 7 dollars for a registration to kingun, I immediately contacted PayPal via phone to inform that wasn’t me the one who made the payment, during that time 2 payments more were made, 35 and 45 approximately , the assessor made the claim very attentively, she indicated me that the payments couldn’t be claimed as theft since a registration had been made in kingun with my name and personal data, so technically the purchases had been made by me, therefore it had to be presented as if I were retracting the purchase and request a refund of the money. for this I had to wait approximately 30 days for a response from PayPal. In the last days I received a response through PayPal in which I was reimbursed the money of the 7 dollars for the registration to kinguin since it was not made by me, but the following two charges the higher ones were not reimbursed because there was no guarantee that I was not the one who made the payment. These thieves know very well how to steal through PayPal, and the security provided is very low, the next day I received again an email where kinguin had made a new account with my email and despite the fact that he had changed the password and information; thieves changed my PayPal password several times. I had to close the email, create a new one just for PayPal and change the passwords for absolutely everything. But my money was not returned. I’m not a native English speaking so I hope I make my case clear for those who are being victim as well through kinguin and PayPal.
