I made this account two years ago, I never added card details, money or did any kind of transaction with it, and I am trying to close it now however every time I try to close it, it just says that I have an unresolved issue and to check the Customer Service but there is nothing in the Customer Service that helps me in anyway. Does anybody know what the issue is?
