Hi @sarahwarrer Thank you for the post. Please let me know if you are referring to claiming the payment received. If yes, let me know if the account is registered in USA and you are currently not living in USA. In such case, you may not be able to accept the payment and I suggest you to contact the sender and ask them to cancel the payment(they may have the option to cancel it). You can then get the payment sent to you outside of PayPal or you can open a new PayPal account in the country you live in and ask the sender to send the payment to the new account. Hope it helps.
