Sorry,i didnt put up enough infomation,i ordered an item,item didnt arrive,contacted paypal for refund,money returned,then item arrived,contacted paypal to arrange repayment,paypal responded by saying to keep refund as goodwill gesture from them.Thats not the way i work,i recieved my item and i want paypal to recieve payment.
