Bought something through click and collect at Kmart. Changed my mind and they sent through a refund which appears on my PayPal transactions but still hasn't shown up in the bank. PayPal are saying that the bank needs to 'release the authorisation' in order for the refund to go through, but the bank are saying that PayPal needs to fix the issue. Both parties are of no help and don't seem to know anything. Anyone been in a similar situation?
