It says on my transaction that my hold would be released 1 day after delivery. I updated all the tracking information and it is going on 3 days now and the payment is still held. Been using PayPal since the beginning so it's not a new account. Just curious how to get my payment released to my balance. There's no way to get through to PayPal because it's all automated **bleep**.
