I created PayPal business account last week. PayPal asked for my ID and Proof of address, I have sent all those documents to them. I chatted with customer service and responded that they cannot review my account until I have provided every document they are asking for. I have even confirm my Debit Card, email and phone number, but I can't still be able to access my fund which I received from a freelancing company. At the notification page, there is this "Resolve" they asking for, about Confirm your identity. When I click Resolve, I am redirected to the Resolution Center. After clicking Go to Account Limitations, I'm redirected to Confirm your Identity, and the loop continues. Can anyone help me on this. Thank you.
