Hello everyone, I would like to close my account as it is still set up for my home country, whereas I have moved and have been living in Germany for a while. When reading the help part of the PayPal website, I learned that I will need to close the account and then open a new one. However, when I try to close the account, I get the following message: "Before you close your account… There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it." Could anyone help me with this? Many thanks in advance.
