My linked bank account tells me that a transaction showing up on my Paypal account, has not been requested from my bank. When I used the resolution link on Paypal, I selected the transaction, pressed the continue button, and a message popped up stating this transaction is not eligible for resolution! The so-called phone number is all run by automation. There are no representatives to talk to me. How do I get help? It looks like non-existent customer service.
