What I received, about two weeks ago, was an "invoice" from an "Amy [removed]" for a Google Pixel phone, and I had to pay $399.  Clicking through the link shows that there is no PP member by that name.  Since then, I've received money requests from a "Mercedes [removed]", a "Michael [removed]", and a "Robert [removed]".  Something I just noticed, is that three of the four 'requests' have different numbers supposedly to contact PP, and I highly doubt that any of them do go to PP.   I seriously wonder if someone has been able to hack PP to send those requests, as the emails are coming from the actual PP address and not some weird email address. ... OK, when I received the first fake money request (for a Google Pixel phone), I clicked through to PP and found that the person that sent the invoice is not even a PP member!!  And I do not see the invoice, let alone request, in my PP activity. ... View more

Yes indeed!  Over last week and a half, have received FOUR fake money requests, including one invoice for a Google Pixel phone I certainly did not order.  And a couple of emails came from a couple of other Yahoo! members being rude to me, one telling me to go jump in a lake, that they didn't owe ME anything, while the other doesn't even have a PP account.  And when I went into the Request Money section, see that the people who sent the fake requests are not even PP members either!  Wondering if there's some security flaws in PP, because I doubt it will be the last time I or anyone will see such a fake request for money! ...
