I see that you've resolved your issue with Spin Rewriter. I should have scrolled down more in this thread. How did you contact them? I just sent them a message, a very not-so-nice message. I wish I had a phone number to get this resolved quicker. I could just cry, as I put used a credit card with not enough money on it just to use the free trial and test it.
