Hello, Thank you for the recommandation. I did advised the company of an error in the shipping adress two weeks prior to delivery, (as soon as the order was confirmed), contacted FedEx and was advised to contact Wayfair. I did contact Wayfair, was unable to receive any support in two weeks, package got delivered to the wrong adress. I advised them of the situation and that I never received the package, however they don't reply. This is illegal and i'm looking for legal options to take to ensure this situation will be taken seriously as I refuse to throw my money out the window. I never do reclamations, but if I submit one I expect to be taken seriously.
