Greetings. I just published a website where people can purchase copies of my book. This is my second time encountering this strange issue whereby the following error appears: "We're sorry, but we weren't able to add this card. Try again later or add a different card." The first time I received this error was when I was placing an order for a friend who isn't technologically savvy and felt uncomfortable doing it herself. She was placing two orders. I placed the first order without incident. When I went to place the second order which was a gift for someone, we received this error message. Today, I attempted to enter cash purchases for people using my debit card so that all their information will be on record at the same place. Each time I received the same error. Please kindly advise.
