i am having this patreon paypal problem now too - its weird, two of the memberships worked and two just refuse to and i have sufficient funds so that is no issue, and i cant find any restrictions on my paypal or bank account. I also tried just using a mastercard but patreon is unable to validate it - it has the option to send a code to my bank app, but no code ever comes through. I cannot figure out what the issue is here - surely it has to be resting to someting patreon is doing
