I have a subscription and I pay for it in USD. Here I have the setting to charge my card in the seller invoice currency which was USD: account Settings > website payments > My automatic payments > My preapproved payments > Set Available Funding Sources > Conversion Options My selected option for **** is: "Bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice." Based on this setting my card should have been charged in USD. But PayPal charged my card in EURO as I am based in Europe. That led to first currency conversion charges(USD to EUR) 184$ by PayPal and then another conversion(EUR to USD) 200$ by my card bank. My credit card currency is USD. After writing to PayPal around every day for a week(spend more than 10 hours talking to support), I got the PayPal conversion charges reversed. But PayPal is not refunding the bank charges. Bank charges are because of PayPal mistake and they should pay it. Can you please help me on how to get PayPal refund me these charges. Can I file a complaint in some consumer court for this?
