For about a month now I've been having the same problem with PayPal and support has been of no help to me. I've been trying to send rather large amounts (in the thousands usually), but for some reason the system always flags the transaction and makes it unavailable for me to choose a payment method. I have my debit card and bank linked to my account, and I've already gone through all the steps of calling support, removing my card and adding it back, making sure all my information is correct, waiting for the system to refresh, trying to make new accounts, and I even called my bank to make sure it wasn't an issue on their end. The last time I was able to send a payment of that size I ended up issuing a chargeback through my bank because I believed I was being scammed, afterwards I received a limitation on my account that has since been lifted. That is the only reason I can think of that the system would keep flagging my account. I've also had some alt accounts that had limitations, I've since lifted those limitations and closed said accounts but I'm still experiencing the same issue. Does anyone have any knowledge on this problem?? The only thing support keeps telling me is to try sending money outside paypal but this is the only option for me atm. Is it possible that I am banned from using paypal entirely?
