Hello thank you so much for your reply @PayPal_Bindu I already did that and there was some problems trying to appeal i was receiving an error when doing this but at the end i managed to appeal the case and it got accepted that was great I'm really thankful for everyone help me through this case or tried to help however in the future i hope that PayPal make changes to secure payments for sellers doing digital services like for example : in every payment it reminds me to add a screenshot or information for products i delivered to the client regarding specific transaction or it limits the time frame clients can fill disputes against sellers because the digital service is already expired because sellers have bills to pay and holding amount of money may hurts them they cannot pay for their bills anymore until the case is solved and the client responds it's a pain to keep track of each case and wait a week or so to get your money that already yours !
