So imagin this your paypal is hacked useing your computer throgh a program called blackshades. Imagine getting emails to your phone as you read them it tells you you are sending 50$ to this person and 30$ to another and another 50 to somone els. Now picture the fact that your laying in bed and this is happening so you get out of bed at 3AM get on your paypal account to find it drained of money. and you call paypal they have your change your password run malwarebytes and then tell you your money will all be given back to you that this wasn't your fualt you were hacked then get an email from the person who hacked you from a spoofed email telling you to release the payments or they were going to come after your family then proceed to tell you your address and what websites you own. After this you report it to paypal again they ask you to contact the police. And assure you you have nothing to worrie about your money will be refunded to you. then a week later get an email saying your not getting any money back. That all the transfer holds have been released to the person that stole your money. You then update the officer you talked to about your issue he then says well if paypal isnt on your side we arnt able to build a case to help you. So now you are out all your money paypal will refund none of it. And you can't even get help from the legal system cause paypal isnt on your side. You then call paypal tell them of your issue again they say sorry its after hours we will have somone call your cellphone tomarrow.. the next day you recive an email saying that they tried to call several times and got no answer. you look at your phone and see 0 missed calls?? So do you think its time i file a lawsuite against paypal for going against the contract that we agreed to? The one that states you are not responsible for the money other people send from your account. Of corse if i go for this option i will indeed have to charge them for missed days at work as well as court fee's and anything els i am leagaly intitled to.
