I wana send someone $200. I will be sending this using my paypal balance which is more than $200. My question is will the receiver get full $200 or less because paypal will cut their percentage? Paypal shouldn't charge anything from this money because they already have gave me this money after cutting their fee. Also if I transfer money from my linked bank account, will the paypal cut fee from that?
