My account has literally been open for almost a year. I have been able to get money for work I've done with individuals because I am a digital artist. No problems. I am also a Twitch streamer and when I got a $100 donation (the biggest amount I've ever had on this account), my account was flagged and they wanted "Supplier info" except I am my OWN supplier! I make my own products, I entertain! I gave them all this information and they decided I was too much of a risk and locked out all my accounts. Now I don't know if I can ever use Paypal again! @Addosamuel  If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes. If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside. Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages... 1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2.
