I ordered an item from becextech.com and wasn't happy with it, so I asked for a return. It says on their site that there's a restocking fee (that's normal, right?) but they don't have any specifics as to what it is. When I asked in an email, they still wouldn't give me a straight answer. They say it's based on condition upon return, but there's nothing like a range or average or anything quantitative to go by. What should I do in this situation?
