Hey, I had the same problem. I just emailed them continuously asking for updated information regarding shipping and tracking, then lodged a dispute with PayPal about the situation. I included in my attachments screenshots of the product advertisement, my email chain, the shipping log on the tracking information site, and a screenshot of the money leaving my account. It's a massive scam and PayPal were really good at actioning the refund very quickly. For context, on the confirmation email I recieved, it said I had paid about $42 USD, but the PayPal information and the money leaving my account was around $50 USD. They also had bogus shipping information. As if my product could reach from USA to Australia in less than two weeks but be stuck in some shipping port on the other side of the country for over a month with no explanation. It's a clear scam and you should definitely follow up to get your money back.
