@Erikagomezmarin Ive already told you that you can't send to another persons bank account OR another countries bank account. You have to send the payment to the other persons paypal account !! Then they can withdraw to their bank account as I have already said via the information in the posted link. You would have to send as goods/services as there is no friends/family option in Columbia. So ask the person that you are sending the funds to in Columbia their paypal email address and then use the send money option.
