"Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page, Click ‘PayPal Smart Connect’ under ‘Financial Information' and Complete steps 3 to 7 above." There is nothing under Profile that says "Financial Information". Under "My Money" there is nothing that syas "PayPal Smart Connect". I was unable to pay the bill because under "PayPal Account" it said I did not owe anything. Then PayPal tried to charge me $20 for not paying. Is there a way to cancel the Smart Connect? Please let me know ASAP!
