I received no email or any further instructions on what I can do on my end. They say I violated the user agreement, but refuse to tell me what part I violated. I was fully transparent about my business model and gave all the information that I could give within my power. I was waiting 2-3 weeks for a update and had to call each time for any updates to my case. After the 3rd week, I had called and was notified my account has been permanently limited and that there's nothing I can do. How is this allowed? I was not notified on what I had violated and what steps I can do to ensure I don't violate the user agreement.
