Hi! I have had a business account with Paypal for 8 years. I have had 8 successfully paid Paypal Capital loans. I just paid off a loan in early summer and have been trying to get another one for some time now. It doesn't even let me apply and gives me a message that "My business is ineligible", even though I meet all the requirements and nothing has changed. It has always said error code: DLGJ0656 but today the code is DLGJ0261. Has anyone had this issue AND has anyone even gotten a working capital loan as of recent? I know it is all based on algorithm but I literally check everyday and it never lets me apply.
