@evakatta Paypal does not provide an escrow service and no seller is going to provide goods or services before being paid. Any paypal hold is between paypal and the seller (if they are new) and has nothing to do with the buyer, it doesn't affect your buyer protection at all. So your best bet is to read up on buyer protection so you can risk assess your transaction.
