I sold a TV on ebay and received a ebay bill for 1200$ which included a ridiculous Fedex oversize charge of 875$ and it was paid from my paypal account. After running around with Ebay, Paypal , I raised a dispute with Discover Card for 875$. Card Company could do anything since ebay has to help here; and closed in Ebay favour. In the mean time, Ebay started sending me invoices for 875$ since they said i owe them this. When this Discover Dispute got closed, Paypal said that they have refunded money back to Ebay. When this was happening, Ebay went ahead and billed me for 875$ invoice + fees. Now in the end, I dont know where my 875$ from Discover Card Dispute went. Paypal says ebay got that money, and Ebay disagrees. I lost 875$ from Discover Dispute + 875$ + additional fees. All Paypal dispute options seems to push problems away from paypal and doesnt have an option to trigger Paypal investigation on a transaction. Any help please.
