Can a person donate to an organization online with a credit card using the organization's Paypal link if the donor does not have a Paypal account? I click on the Paypal link on the organization's website, which takes me to Paypal, but I don't see a way to pay the organization without having a Paypal account or setting one up, even though I just want to pay by credit card.
