Did you find the solution to resolve your "sell" issue?  I was able to get lucky with one rep who got my BTC unlocked & I sold it. However, I still have ETC, BCH, & LTC which are all still locked. Nobody seems to know how that happened or how to duplicate the fix for the other Crypto...  Paypal is useless! Did you have any luck? Same issue here... I've called 10 times over 15 days. One rep was able to remove the limitations long enough to get BTC sold & transferred to the bank; however, the 3 other crypto balances remain locked. I continue to call every day and get the same incorrect answers/inability to get anyone who knows what they are doing at Paypal.  I still have not received the ACH at my bank, holding breath..  DO NOT BUY CRYPTO VIA PAYPAL!
