I am a paralegal and a client paid me for an at home consultation via PayPal. He turned right around and disputed the payment saying "game system did not work". There was no game system. The charge was for the consultation and now my payment is on hold. The customer is trying to rip me off and I wonder what will happen. I escalated the dispute to PayPal and told them the charge was for a consultation not a game system. Very upset. This is just wrong.
