Hi, I'd appreciate your help on how to receive money from my friend who is currently living in the US without him paying a transaction fee? I am in Croatia. Are there some things I need to change in my account settings, or currency, to solve this? Because I've known people from US sending money to EU - Greece, Germany etc. without paying any fee.
