Hi Same thing exactly happened to me this morning. I have also opened a dispute on this , also reported the seller on my Instagram ad as fraud and let the real brand know who he is and how well he is imposing to them. I did open a chat with live agent with PayPal in Facebbok and the agent was very friendly and reassured me they will look into my request as soon as possible, I will follow up with them tomorrow to see what is the status.
