50. stolen PP brags about how your "guaranteed" and "protected" against fraud...I was recently denied a claim from quite obviously fraud where china based seller used paypal seller guarantee fully support and above all endorse the stealing and theft from buyers. Fake tracking number by a shipping company that does not exist, and then says dropped off to USPS which you cannot find their tracking number or a USPS tracking number issued to the item as they DO NOT use other carriers tracking numbers, no delivery actual address delivered to JUST a town name. I have to admit I am stopping use of PP because they lie and fully support scammers and do not SUPPORT USA users. I am guessing they were bought out by china company that is now stealing from US customers. Reading these reviews so many others experiencing same thing...guess they DO NOT CARE...only for scammers.
